At Velvera, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Velvera are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered, except where required by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.


2. Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, styled, or altered in any way.

Once a product has been used or worn, it is considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


3. Exchange for Incorrect Color

If you receive the wrong color due to an error on our part, you may request an exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the product may be required.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a replacement will be arranged.


4. Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Hair extensions that have been worn or tried on

  • Opened products

  • Products with damaged or removed packaging

  • Products that have been washed, dyed, cut, curled, straightened, or chemically treated

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products ordered in the correct color but no longer wanted by the customer


5. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with color selection chosen by the customer

  • Ordering the wrong product, length, or style

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details before completing their purchase.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during delivery or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution if the issue is verified.


7. Return Shipping

If an exchange is approved due to an error by Velvera, customers may be instructed on the return process.

Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Velvera reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.


8. Inspection Process

All returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt.

If the product shows any signs of use, wear, styling, washing, cutting, installation, or tampering, the exchange request will be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.


9. Compliance with UAE Regulations

This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.
