Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn, installed, or used.
Refunds are not available.
Exchanges are only considered if the customer receives the incorrect color due to an error by Velvera and the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
